Where is Congress?

Obama believes he is a world president and takes his authority from the UN, not Congress. Congress should impeach this traitor! Obama breaks his oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution, will not respect the War Powers Act, and spends without restraint on everything from bailouts to warfare which disrespects Congresses authority to raise revenue and declare war. What on earth is wrong with Congress?
