The VA and Unions

 The VA and Unions.
  Most of the policies that contribute to the inefficiency of the VA have been created by the 5 or 6 unions to which the VA employees belong and some work for as shop stewards. The unions through collective bargaining have set working policies that no business could ever survive and remain solvent in funds or operating efficiency.   
  These Collective bargaining agreements set policy and not the administrators. These contracts set policies in which ineffective employees can't be punished or fired from their position. If egregious enough they are temporarily put on paid administrative leave or transferred to another department taking years of administrative rigmarole and legal proceedings to permanently dismiss from their jobs and possible criminal charges. We have those before congress today costing thousands of dollars a day and will end up with little or no action taken..
  The only way to improve government including the VA is to remove the unions from collective bargaining power at all levels of government, at all administrative, legal, and law enforcement levels of jobs. All these people work for the tax payers not the unions nor their administrators. The administrators are hired to insure that the regular employees remain efficient and are capable in doing their assigned tasks and fire them when they become liabilities instead of assets. We have more ass settings than assets in government jobs. When an administrator is just a politically appointed figure head as most are in the governments of this country, they are ineffective toys for us to watch bumble through their term.
  So, they passed a bill that allows him to fire whatever VA employees they wish to clean up the mess. That means they will fire (or temporarily lay off) several lower level sacrificial lambs so he can brag that he has taken care of the problem. By the way, in 2008 when he was campaigning and raising Hell about Bush not taking care of the problem, there were 11,000 delayed cases. Today there are over 245,000. He really took care of the problem in the last 5 1/2 years???
  Remember in November, a vote for a Demoncrat is a vote for more of the same. A vote for a Demoncrat is a vote for Communism, Tyranny, Poverty, Oppression, Death and Despair. Use your brains people!!!

What happen to our Country? we decided to allow Government to live high on the hog, get filthy rich, and make crazy laws to avoid answering for lies and deception? Since when do we send elected leaders to Washington D.C. to serve their own desires? Aren't they elected to make things better? Don’t they swear to uphold the Constitution above all else? Have they really? Or have they conspired to shield the truth from Americans? They caused this mess and they live like Gods. They allowed Obama to spend us into desperation.
We should DEMAND THE RESIGNATION of EVERY KEY LEADER IN WASHINGTON DC STARTING WITH BARACK OBAMA, HARRY REID, NANCY PELOSI, and JOHN BOHNER. These people conspired against the Citizens of our great nation. Barack Obama neglected his duty as Commander in Chief, Conspired to cover up a Congressional Investigation, and continues to shield the American People from the truth regarding Fast & Furious, and the IRS Abuse of power which resulted in his winning a Presidential Election. Would he have won if the IRS hadn’t been used to taunt opposition?
Didn’t Barack Obama extend Presidential Executive Privilege to Eric Holder when Congress was getting closer to the truth over Fast and Furious? “QUICK WE NEED A DIVERSION”. POOF .. And what about the IRS using its muscle to hassle anyone who didn’t agree with the liberal Democrat establishment? POOF As long as they control the media , they control their version of the truth,…POOF REPUBLICANS BECOME EVIL, Sorry Grandma

Meanwhile we sacrifice our religion and personal views to let Gays marry. When we are irresponsible we simply chop up little developing babies. Buy a damn condom!

Yep, In order to get the votes he needs, Obama is more than willing to allow every single illegal to hop across our borders. It compensates for the votes LEGAL AMERICANS who would never cast for Socialism or loss of personal freedom. Would he be President if they weren’t here, Voting Illegally? But thanks to Obama we’ve become overtaxed and no longer capable of supporting ourselves. IS THIS BY DESIGN?
Look, all you need to do is pay attention to Adolf Hitler and the Nazi’s to see how they managed to control Germany. They started printing slogans and blaming Jews (NOW…SUBSTITUTE REPUBLICANS AND TEA PARTY), Catholics, anyone who disagreed with them. Saul Alinsky's 12 rules

In case anyone doesn't know these rules yet here is Obama's playbook directly from 'Saul Alinsky’s 12 Rules for Radicals'...
* RULE 1: “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood. (These are two things of which there is a plentiful supply. Government and corporations always have a difficult time appealing to people, and usually do so almost exclusively with economic arguments.)
* RULE 2: “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone. (Organizations under attack wonder why radicals don’t address the “real” issues. This is why. They avoid things with which they have no knowledge.)
* RULE 3: “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty. (This happens all the time. Watch how many organizations under attack are blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address.)
* RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)
* RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)
* RULE 6: “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones. (Radical activists, in this sense, are no different that any other human being. We all avoid “un-fun” activities, and but we revel at and enjoy the ones that work and bring results.)
* RULE 7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news. (Even radical activists get bored. So to keep them excited and involved, organizers are constantly coming up with new tactics.)
* RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.)
* RULE 9: “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist. (Perception is reality. Large organizations always prepare a worst-case scenario, something that may be furthest from the activists’ minds. The upshot is that the organization will expend enormous time and energy, creating in its own collective mind the direst of conclusions. The possibilities can easily poison the mind and result in demoralization.)
* RULE 10: “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog. (Unions used this tactic. Peaceful [albeit loud] demonstrations during the heyday of unions in the early to mid-20th Century incurred management’s wrath, often in the form of violence that eventually brought public sympathy to their side.)
* RULE 11: “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem. (Old saw: If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem. Activist organizations have an agenda, and their strategy is to hold a place at the table, to be given a forum to wield their power. So, they have to have a compromise solution.)
* RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the
support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)
